How to ensure an objective assessment for each client with mental health disorders referred to the mobile crisisteam ?

Problem description

The view on mental disorders is based on a subjective impression by various home workers

Impact - effect

With the exception of suicide assessment, we don’t have an evidence-based assessment immediately linked to the client’s record at our disposal

To do

To do: consider the use of Psyk Tools via smartphone (Honos in/out, suicide taxation, Madrs).  Currently we don’t work with smartphones, we can’t use the internet
