How to perceive crisis in a living environment (in the community)?

Problem description

Currently, we are focussing primarily on ‘the person in crisis’

Impact - effect

The individual person in crisis, as a person living in an environment, not only involves changes regarding him or her as a person, but also involves all the persons living with him or surrounding him.  In our current approach we don’t include them much in an active way

To do

To do: to perceive the situation as a crisis of the system. Consider it a subjective crisis, think beyond the diagnosis, and consider the suffering of others and not just the suffering of the user.   Which will cause an expansion of our target population, targeting situations before they become too psychiatric, acting in pre-crisis situations
