How can we organise the consultation around the FACT board more efficiently, in order to create more space for moments of intervision and supervision?

There are already a lot of meeting times: FACT board discussions, intervision, work consultations, discussions of recovery plans, ….

With such a large team (21 collaborators) and with the large number of structured meeting, it’s hardly possible to organise intervision and supervision

To do

To do: in the Netherlands the FACT board discussions are adjusted to the mobile functioning.  We should have a software tool to enable this.  By consequence, this also means that the accessibility of the EPR (Electronic Patient Record) should be improved from different locations
