How can we explore more profoundly, develop and deploy the competences of our collaborators within our functioning?
Problem description
the members of our team are differently schooled and trained. For instance bachelor degrees such as occupational therapy, social worker, psychiatric nurse ... Without doubt, this results in an added value for the team. But there’s no common or shared vision about the place and role of the mobile treatment team within a system of mental health services, and consequently about the required training and expertise as a team member

the lack of a clear framework for the team members (both basic education as any specific expertise)

To do : introduce motivational interviewing, a basic formation regarding rehabilitation for each team member, engage a rehabilitation experts, additional formation regarding somatic issues (e.g. reanimation techniques), regarding taxation of suicide risk….
