Question

is co-working, or a shared caseload in complex multi problem situations, preferable to a one-to-one relationship case manager – client in the functioning of a mobile team type 2B?

Problem description

The in the mobile teams admitted cases often have a very complex and multi problem character.  Currently, these cases are assigned to one person.   This requires a carrying capacity, and the responsibility related to these situations is often huge, certainly when, furthermore, crisis occur

Impact - effect

When only one case manager is involved, there’s always the risk of a jam in the support by the team.  This can have consequences for both the client as the case manager.  A one-sides vision may result in a more restrictive vision.  The client can end up in a very dependant relationship with the case manager.  The case manager will be put to the test, which can end up in a burn-out

To do

To do : Co- accompaniment should be possible in certain cases, and this possibility should be already discussed at the start.

Work reflectively and complementary: 1 + 1 = 3
