Is the priority given to the frequency of home visits not too strong ?

Problem description

The frequency of our visits doesn’t allow to increase the number of users followed by our team members.

Impact - effect

In addition to the risk of dependency of the user, there is the risk of saturation of the staff in case of a substantial caseload

To do: to spread and to reduce more rapidly the number of visits, and this from the beginning of the treatment.  Such an adjustment has to be considered regarding  the given situation
