What is the importance of a permanent availability (24/24h and 7/7d occupancy)?

Problem description

As a 2a-team we are not permanently available for the client (24/24h and 7/7d) at the moment

Impact - effect

It’s not possible to organise multiple visits every day.  It gets more easier for a team member to release when he is aware that the situation is followed up by a colleague (even the same day, at night, on weekends...).  It is not so reassuring for the patient to know that the 2a-team is not permanent available

A more rapid response to demands and the need for support and care, by making an action point of the subject of permanent availability
