What can we do to improve the follow up of the medication compliance of the user?

Problem description

The treatment that is set up by the attending doctor or psychiatrist is not followed by the user in a correct way, or is interrupted, sometimes simply because the user no longer has medication

Impact - effect

By consequence there is no improvement in crisis situations (2a), or this may cause relapse (2b)

To do

To do: a mobile team can play a more precise role, closer to the user, for example to monitor medication taking in crisis situations.  The mobile team may be responsible for the delivery of medication, so that interruptions can be avoided
