Problem description

In the current start-up phase the 2b-team is somewhat a mixture of ACT and individual case management, moreover it is still unclear how to consider this potential ACT-caseload

Impact - effect

it’s predictable that at short notice the inflow of the first type (ACT) may be hindered by the lack of clear criteria and alternative services for the outflow of the second type (case management)
